Yoke Yoga Child Safety Standards Policy

1. Commitment to Child Safety

At Yoke Yoga, we are committed to maintaining a safe and positive online environment for all users, including children. We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and actively work to prevent, report, and remove such content in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

2. Published Standards

Yoke Yoga explicitly prohibits:

  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): Any content or behavior that promotes, distributes, or condones CSAE is strictly forbidden.
  • Harmful or Inappropriate Interactions: Users are not permitted to engage in predatory, grooming, or exploitative behaviors toward minors.
  • Unauthorized Use of Minor’s Data: Any collection, sharing, or misuse of personal information of minors without legal guardians’ consent is not allowed.

3. In-App Mechanism for User Feedback

Yoke Yoga provides a built-in reporting system within the app, allowing users to:

  • Report inappropriate content, behavior, or safety concerns.
  • Submit Feedback regarding their experience and potential safety issues.
  • Request Support from our moderation team.

Reports are reviewed promptly, and necessary actions are taken in accordance with our policies and legal requirements.

4. Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Yoke Yoga follows strict protocols for handling CSAM, including:

  • Immediate Action: Removing CSAM upon obtaining actual knowledge of its presence.
  • Legal Compliance: Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.
  • User Bans: Permanently banning users who engage in or facilitate such activities.

5. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Yoke Yoga adheres to all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) (if applicable).
  • Global child protection laws requiring reporting and removal of harmful content.
  • Regional requirements for reporting CSAM to law enforcement or designated agencies.
