Carrie has been practicing yoga for twelve years and can personally attest to the transformational power of the practice. She loves enabling students to explore yoga beyond the mat and discover a healing, mind-body-spirit practice!

Her expertise is in trauma-informed yoga. She's open about her personal recovery journey and runs retreats around the world focusing on yoga for deep healing, sober fun, and adventures in nature!

She also teaches at studios and schools in Northern Arizona, as well as managing the yoga program at a Juvenile Detention Center. She loves traveling, trail running, potlucks with friends, chocolate, and petting everyone’s dogs.
