Monica is a master yoga teacher in the areas of anatomy, self massage, injuries and recovery strategies. With over 2000 hours of training in yoga & human movement, she continues to cultivate a deep love for the human body. She’s facilitated workshops on movement and injuries prevalent in yoga, led anatomy trainings and hosts international yoga retreats. Before becoming a yoga teacher she enjoyed a 15 year career as an educational consultant working with school districts around the country. Monica has taken the skills she’s acquired in yoga and education and combined them to create a career that teaches students and teachers on a deeper level so that yoga becomes a life-long practice for them as well.
